HOW CAN WE EXTEND THE SPIRIT OF SHARING FROM L'ORÉAL'S WORLDWIDE MEETINGS BY OFFERING AN IMMERSIVE AND ARTISTIC EVENING THAT STRENGTHENS THE COMMITMENT AND COHESION OF EMPLOYEES AROUND THE WORLD?
To mark the end of the 2025 World Wide Meetings, L'Oréal entrusted Magic Garden with organizing the CPD Closing Party—a unifying event bringing together all employees from its Consumer Products Division.
Held in the prestigious and exclusive setting of the Centre Pompidou, just before it closed for five years of renovation, the evening aimed to prolong the spirit of sharing and reunion instilled throughout the WWM.
Under the theme “The Artistic Odyssey,” the party celebrated art in all its forms—from classical to urban to contemporary—offering guests an immersive and extraordinary experience.
The program included DJ sets (Barbara Butch, Alex & Annie), live performances (Berywam), participatory activities (photocall, urban makeup artist, collaborative “Lipstick Tag Wall”), and an exhibition showcasing the division's brands.
The custom-designed setting was created to harmoniously blend the artistic heritage of the venue with the vibrant energy of urban culture.
Drawing on its expertise, Magic Garden designed and produced an event that was inspiring, festive, and iconic.
A creation that reinforced L'Oréal's image of innovation and creativity, while generating a strong moment of internal engagement and team cohesion.
